Above is an unfinished necklace Barbara Wisoff made when she was a young girl.

Barbara Wisoff now draws and sculpts with threads and many other materials. She crochets, braids, knits, sews, embroiders, and hand knots custom vegetal-dyed silk, hemp, and waxed and unwaxed linen to construct each piece made with vintage and antique buttons that she’s collected since childhood, precious and Swarovski beads, fabrics, leathers, leather paint, papers, shells, rocks, and Huacaya Alpaca and Suri Llama hides.
